Earlier this year I was approached to do a bit of interior illustration for a collection of short stories. I was assigned to one of the stories and pretty much given free reign on the image. I had to put it off because of other obligations but made some time on a weekend to throw it together, just before the deadline. I plan to go back and tighten some things (could be lightened up a bit for one thing) up but I was recently given permission to post this version and wanted to make sure I used the opportunity to advertise the book!
