Time-splice Carriage

I was listening to http://www.audible.com/pd?asin=B00A8K96MK and was inspire to create this self propelled carriage that is kind of an amalgamation of 1930s race-cars and old, Russian, horse-drawn carriages with a dash of alt history tech. Fun stuff!
